ENA Series vector network analyzer covering 9 kHz up to 20 GHz or 100 kHz up to 53 GHz, in 2-port and 4-port configurations.
Available models include E5061B, E5063A, E5080B.
The E5080B is an ENA Series vector network analyzer bringing R&D performance up to 53 GHz to a midrange platform, with 2-port and 4-port options.
It shares the user interface and SCPI command set of the high-end PNA analyzers, and includes integrated DC sources, bias tees, pulse generators and pulse modulators.
