The E5071C is an ENA Series vector network analyzer covering 9 kHz to 4.5, 6.5 or 8.5 GHz, with 2-port and 4-port test sets.
Higher-frequency test sets reach 14 GHz and 20 GHz from 300 kHz with bias tees, and bias-tee variants start at 100 kHz.
