The U1731C is the entry model of the Keysight U1730C series handheld LCR meters, with test frequencies of 100 Hz, 120 Hz and 1 kHz.
It measures impedance, inductance, capacitance, resistance, dissipation factor, quality factor, phase angle and equivalent series resistance in a handheld form factor.
