SIGLENT’s current probe has excellent performance, its bandwidth covers DC ~ 100MHz, and it can accurately capture all kinds of signals. The probe comes standard with BNC or SAPBus interface, which supports external power supply or direct power supply through oscilloscope, providing flexible connection and power supply options. In terms of safety and reliability, the probe provides a variety of range options to meet different measurement requirements, while the minimum rise time does not exceed 3.5ns, and the best accuracy is 1%, which ensures the accurate and rapid response of the signal, and is equipped with a variety of jaw diameters to adapt to different test scenarios.

Wide range

With its wide bandwidth, SIGLENT’s current probe can accurately capture all kinds of signals from DC to high-frequency AC, showing excellent measurement ability. Its switchable range design is not only suitable for μA-level small current detection, but also can effectively deal with the impact protection of large current, ensuring the flexibility and accuracy of measurement. At the same time, it supports automatic degaussing, zero setting and acousto-optic over-current alarm function, and BNC or SAPBus interface is standard to ensure compatibility with various oscilloscopes, providing reliable solutions for current analysis in various fields.
