The N5181B MXG X-Series RF analog signal generator covers 9 kHz to 6 GHz with Option 506, providing the spectral purity and output power of the MXG family in an analog-only instrument.
Analog modulation is available on the N5181B; vector modulation with an internal baseband generator is available only on the N5182B.
