Available models include N5181B, N5182B, N5183B.
The N5183B is the microwave model of the Keysight MXG X-Series signal generators, covering 9 kHz to 13, 20, 31.8 or 40 GHz depending on option.
It delivers MXG spectral purity and output power in the microwave range, with analog modulation.
