EXG X-Series analog signal generator covering 9 kHz to 1 GHz with Option 501, offering the same spectral purity and output power as the vector EXG models.
Available models include N5171B, N5172B.
The N5171B is the analog model of the Keysight EXG X-Series signal generators, covering 9 kHz to 1 GHz with Option 501 and sharing the 3 GHz and 6 GHz options with the vector EXG models.
Analog modulation is available on the N5171B; vector modulation with an internal baseband generator is available only on the N5172B.
